The Autool PT530 is a digital air pressure tester, also known as a manometer, designed for measuring both positive and negative pressure. The device features two ports, enabling the measurement of differential pressure. The tester has a measurement range of -100 to 300 kPa and an accuracy of ±0.25%FS. The readings are displayed on a large backlit LCD screen.
This manometer supports measurements in ten different units, including kPa, psi, and mbar. Features such as data hold, recording maximum and minimum values, and data storage for up to 29 datasets are integrated. For added convenience, the PT530 is equipped with a built-in flashlight, a magnetic back for hands-free operation, illuminated keys, and an automatic shut-off function after 10 minutes of inactivity.
Application and functionality:
The Autool PT530 is used for diagnosing pressure systems in vehicles and other applications. The included adapters make it suitable for various hose diameters.
- Pressure measurement: Measures positive, negative, and differential pressure via the dual ports.
- Multiple units: Switch between 10 measurement units: kPa, hPa, Torr, mbar, inHg, mmHg, inH2O, mmH2O, psi, and kg/cm².
- Data storage: Stores up to 29 measurement results for later analysis.
- Max/Min recording: Records the highest and lowest pressure values measured during a session.
- Data Hold and zeroing: The current measurement can be locked on the screen and the device can be zero-calibrated.
- Magnetic back: Can be attached to metal surfaces for stable, hands-free measurements.
- Built-in flashlight: Provides illumination for work in dark spaces.
- Automatic shut-off: The device powers off automatically to save battery.
