De Autool AS507 is een stuurbekrachtigingsvloeistoftester. Een optische sonde meet hoeveel licht er nog door de vloeistof komt, en daarmee hoe ver de vloeistof is achteruitgegaan. Dit is een vloeistof waar zelden naar gekeken wordt, terwijl pomp en stuurhuis erop draaien.
De sonde zit aan een flexibele PTFE-slang, zodat u ook bij een weggewerkt reservoir bij de vloeistof komt. Na ongeveer 10 seconden toont het 2,8-inch scherm de doorlaatbaarheid in procenten, een oordeel in drie niveaus en de vloeistoftemperatuur.

De AS507 is bedoeld voor werkplaatsen die stuurbekrachtigingsvloeistof willen meenemen in de beurt of in de diagnose van een zware stuurbekrachtiging.
Meten en beoordelen

Zo gebruikt u hem
- Batterijen plaatsen: Vier AAA-batterijen in het vak aan de achterkant.
- Aanzetten: Houd de aan/uit-toets langer dan 2 seconden ingedrukt.
- Sonde schoonmaken: Veeg de sonde schoon en droog.
- Sonde invoeren: In het reservoir tot de sonde volledig in vloeistof onder 60 °C staat.
- Meten: Druk op de testtoets en lees na ca. 10 seconden het resultaat af.
