De Jaltest JDC532A is de CAN 4-pins diagnosekabel voor Scania-motoren. Aan de machinezijde zit een ronde zwarte bajonetconnector met een geribbelde koppelring en vier contactbussen rond een gecodeerd midden. Aan de interfacezijde zit de zwarte 16-pins OBD2-stekker. Het snoer meet 28 tot 30 cm, zonder module of aparte voedingstak.
De kabel bedient de CAN-lijn van de nieuwere Scania-motorgeneratie; de seriële RS232-lijn van de oudere motoren loopt via de JDC531A. De kabel is opgegeven voor de Jaltest Link V8.1 en V9. Omdat de stekker bij de motor hoort, komt u hem tegen in uiteenlopende machines en op binnenboordmotoren.

Toepassingen en functionaliteiten
Via deze verbinding benadert de Jaltest-software het motormanagement van de Scania-motor over de CAN-lijn. Het gaat om de regelingen op pomp-verstuivereenheden. De regelingen op in-line inspuitpomp zitten op de RS232-lijn.

- Stekker controleren: Zoek de ronde 4-pins stekker op de motor.
- Aansluiten: Steek de connector erop en draai de ring vast.
- Link koppelen: Sluit de OBD2-kant aan op de Jaltest Link.
- Contact aan: Zet het contact aan.
- Uitlezen: Kies Scania en de motorregeling.
Compatibele voertuigen en toepassingen
Bepalend is de stekker, niet het merk van de machine. Deze kabel past op elke Scania-motor met de ronde 4-pins CAN-diagnoseaansluiting. Onderstaande motorreeksen voert Jaltest in de dekking, van de DC09 tot en met de DC16. Welke stekker er op uw motor zit, controleert u ter plekke.
