The Jaltest MHE is a complete diagnostic system for material handling equipment: a case containing the Jaltest Link, the interface you connect to the diagnostic socket, and the software that runs on your own laptop.

With it, you can access the control units of forklifts, warehouse trucks, reach trucks and boom lifts. Cojali itself lists forklifts, articulating boom lifts, reach trucks, scissor lifts, port cranes and material handlers, with diesel, LPG, gas and electric drive. Cojali's coverage list currently includes 106 brands, and a new software version is released three times a year with additional brands, models and systems.

This set includes everything required to perform diagnostics: the Link, the software activation and the software licence for the first year. Once you receive the device, we activate the module based on the serial number of the supplied Link. You arrange a laptop and the brand-specific cables separately.

KEY BENEFITS

✔Complete to get started. The Jaltest Link, software activation and software licence for the first year are all included.
✔Technical information included. Jaltest INFO Online MHE (29477) is integrated into the software, cannot be purchased separately and is free of charge until 2026.
✔Electric and combustion engines. Cojali covers machines with diesel, LPG, gas and electric drive systems, including the traction, pump and steering modules of electric materials handling trucks.
✔Power cable supplied. This case includes a USB power cable (JDC60AM2) not found in other Jaltest cases.
✔Activation by us. Once the device arrives, we activate the ordered module on the serial number of the supplied Jaltest Link. You don't need to provide anything.
✔Expert mode included. You can not only read and measure data, but also modify parameters in control units.
✔Five installations. The software can be installed on a maximum of five computers.

IMPORTANT NOTES

✕No laptop, no manufacturer-specific cables. Only the 16-pin OBD cable is included. A separate cable is required for a manufacturer-specific connector, and with internal transport operations this is more often the rule than the exception.
✕No INFO Plus for MHE. The advanced module with intelligent guides and vehicle schematics is only available with a CV or Modular licence. It is not available for MHE.
✕Six-monthly registration. The software requires registration every six months. If this is not completed, it will lock.
✕No battery management coverage. Cojali does not publish coverage for battery management or lithium battery packs. Do not rely on this.

  • Multipin kit (70002001): Loose test leads with connection cable, plus two power cables: JDC10AM2 with battery clamps and JDC20AM2 for the cigarette lighter socket.

  • USB power cable: The JDC60AM2, supplied only in the MHE case.
  • USB-C cable: The connection between the Link and your laptop.

The difference with expert mode. Standard diagnostics covers reading, measuring and actuation. In expert mode you can additionally modify parameters in the control units: Cojali itself handles sensor and actuator calibration, setting operating parameters, and particulate filter replacement and regeneration.This mode is included.

Cables and computer

The kit includes the 16-pin OBD cable. Many forklifts and warehouse trucks have a proprietary connector, and there is a separate cable for it. Cojali bundles the cables for internal transport into two sets:

Not renewing
Diagnostics will continue to work on the last installed version, but access to technical information will cease. Cojali will continue to support an expired licence for one year

Good to know: If you renew within fifteen days of the expiry date, the new period runs from that expiry date; after that it begins on the renewal date. Renewal is done with the update licence; include the serial number of your Jaltest Link in the comments field.
