The Jaltest JDC564.9 is the diagnostic cable for the 8-pin connector of Zapi power modules in electric forklift trucks and warehouse trucks. On the machine side is a flat rectangular connector with a white pin holder and eight pin positions in a single row. On the interface side the cable ends in a 26-pin DB26, which fits directly onto the main cable of the interface. The cable measures 51 cm.
You select this cable based on the controller in the machine, not the brand of the forklift truck: Zapi makes traction controllers that are supplied to various machine builders. With the cable connected, the Jaltest software reads the power modules TPM, TPMM and TPMS, partly over CAN and partly over RS232. All versions include fault codes, measured values and parameters; the RS232 version also adds live data monitoring. The cable is covered by Jaltest MHE.

How to use it
- Locate controller: Find the Zapi controller in the electrical compartment of the machine.
- Check connector: Look for the white pin holder with eight pin positions in a single row.
- Connect: Insert the JDC564.9 into the connector on the controller.
- Link connection: Connect the DB26 end to the main cable of the Jaltest Link V9.
- Reading out: Switch on the machine and select the Zapi module in Jaltest MHE.
Compatible vehicles and applications
The controller is decisive, not the machine brand. The cable is for Zapi power modules with the 8-pin connector in electric internal transport equipment. The type plate of the forklift truck says nothing about this.

- Machine brand: Not decisive; Zapi supplies various machine builders.
