The Jaltest JDC554A connects the rectangular 4-pin diagnostic connector of Linde warehouse trucks, stackers and pallet trucks to the 16-pin OBD2 port of your Jaltest diagnostic cable. On the machine side is a black rectangular connector with four flat contacts in a single row, a locking tab at the top and a straight cable entry. The cable measures 28 to 30 cm.
With the cable connected, the Jaltest software accesses the control units behind this connector. On lighter warehouse equipment this is the LAC power module of the electric travel and lift drive; on stackers the LID display is added. You can read fault codes, measured values and maintenance data. The cable works with the Jaltest Link V8.1 and V9 and is covered by the Jaltest MHE module.

Applications and functions
The cable is intended for workshops and service technicians who read out Linde warehouse equipment with the Jaltest Link. Which control units are present varies by series. On pallet trucks and reach trucks only the LAC power module is covered; on stackers the LID display is added.

How to use it

- Ignition on: Switch the truck's ignition on.
- Reading out: Select Linde and the series in Jaltest MHE.
Compatible vehicles and applications
The plug is decisive, not the model. The cable fits every Linde warehouse truck, stacker or pallet truck with the rectangular 4-pin diagnostic connector under the cover. Below are the series within Jaltest MHE coverage. The difference from the round plugs of Linde forklift trucks can be seen with the naked eye.
