The Jaltest JDC545A connects the 14-pin diagnostic connector of Doosan earthmoving machines to the 16-pin OBD2 port of your Jaltest diagnostic cable. The machine end has a round black plastic plug with a ribbed coupling ring, bayonet lugs on the rim and male pins. The cable measures 28 to 30 cm and has the black housing with the OBD2 connection halfway along it.
When connected with the cable, the Jaltest software reaches the machine computer E-EPOS, the engine controls EMS XPI and DL06/DL08, and the aftertreatment controls EEC and EEC3. Maintenance data is available for the engine and aftertreatment controls, while additional actions are only available for the EMS XPI. The cable belongs to the Jaltest Link V8.1 and falls under Jaltest OHW (construction and off-road machinery).

Applications and functionality
Through this connection, the Jaltest software accesses the machine computer, the engine control and the exhaust gas aftertreatment of the Doosan machine. Which units are present varies by series and version; the units below are taken from Doosan coverage.

- Ignition on: Switch the ignition on without starting the engine.
- Reading out: Select Doosan, the series and the system.
