De Jaltest JDC566.9 is de diagnosekabel voor de Curtis-vermogensmodules in elektrisch aangedreven machines. Hij koppelt de 4-pins diagnoseaansluiting van de Curtis-controller aan de 26-pins DB26-ingang van de Jaltest Link. Het is een doorlopende kabel van 30 cm zonder kastje en zonder aftakking, met aan de ene kant de DB26-stekker en aan de andere kant een witte 4-pins connector zonder omhullend vergrendelhuis. Op de kabel zit alleen een CE-label.
Met de kabel aangesloten bereikt de Jaltest-software de motorcontroller die in heftrucks, magazijntrucks en hoogwerkers de rij- en hefmotoren aanstuurt. Jaltest voert die controllers in de MHE-dekking op als Power module (CPM), per serie apart, van de 1212 tot en met de 1243. Bij de series 1212, 1232 en 1236 staat naast foutcodes en meetwaarden ook het instellen van parameters in de dekking. De kabel valt onder Jaltest MHE.

Toepassingen en functionaliteiten
Via deze verbinding benadert u met de Jaltest-software de Curtis-vermogensmodule van de machine. Jaltest voert elke controllerserie apart op in de dekking, en de functieset verschilt per serie.
Regeleenheden die u kunt benaderen
- Power module (CPM): Curtis-vermogensmodule.
- Curtis 1212, 1220, 1228, 1230: Lichtere aandrijving, hulpfuncties.
- Curtis 1232 en 1236: Zwaardere series.

Compatibele controllers en toepassingen
Bepalend is de controller, niet het machinemerk. De kabel hoort bij de Curtis-vermogensmodules met de 4-pins aansluiting in elektrisch aangedreven machines. Welke aansluiting er op uw controller zit, controleert u ter plekke.
Curtis:
- Toepassing: Elektrische heftrucks, magazijntrucks en hoogwerkers met een Curtis-vermogensmodule.
- Series in de Jaltest-dekking: 1212, 1220, 1228, 1230, 1232, 1236 en 1243.
Verschil met de JDC569.9
De JDC566.9 en de JDC569.9 dragen in de Jaltest-documentatie dezelfde omschrijving, Diagnosekabel voor Curtis, maar het zijn twee verschillende kabels. Aan beide uiteinden komen ze overeen, met de 4-pins Curtis-connector aan de machinezijde en de 26-pins DB26 aan de interfacezijde. Het verschil zit ertussenin.
- JDC566.9: Passieve verloopkabel van 30 cm met een losse witte 4-pins connector.
- JDC569.9: Halverwege een dichtgelast kastje met elektronica in de streng, de markering 12/24 V ONLY en de 4-pins connector in een zwart vergrendelhuis.
- Herkennen: De vorm van de connector en de aanwezigheid van het kastje wijzen uit welke van de twee bij uw controller hoort.
