The Jaltest AGV is a complete diagnostic system for agricultural machinery: a case containing the Jaltest Link, the unit you connect to the diagnostic socket, and the software that runs on your own laptop.

With it, you can access the control units of tractors, combine harvesters and implements, and machines that communicate according to the ISOBUS standard. Cojali lists 146 brands and 2,458 models for Jaltest AGV. A new software version is released three times per year, with additional brands, models and systems.

This set includes everything required to perform diagnostics: the Link, the software activation and the software licence for the first year. Once you receive the unit, we will activate the module based on the serial number of the supplied Link. You will need to arrange a laptop and the brand-specific cables separately.

IMPORTANT NOTES

✕No laptop, no manufacturer-specific cables.Only the 16-pin OBD cable is included. A separate cable is required for a manufacturer-specific connector.
✕Jaltest ISOBUS is different.ISOBUS diagnostics are included in this module. The separate Jaltest ISOBUS product line, for making equipment ISOBUS-compatible, is a separate product.
✕Six-monthly registration required.The software requires registration every six months. If you fail to register, it will be blocked.
✕No named agricultural calibrations.Cojali does not publish a list of functions such as lift control or PTO adjustment. The coverage table shows per system whether calibration is available.

Diagnostics and service

  • Read fault codes: The fault memory of the control unit, with a fault finder for each fault code.
  • Measured values: The values from the connected sensors, monitored live.
  • Actuate components: Cojali itself names switching the fan on, deactivating cylinders, a compression test and checking the operation of mechanisms.
  • ECU data: Serial number, software version and other control unit information.
  • Parameters and calibrations: Configure control units and adjust systems.
  • Service counters: Reset after a service.

Technical information, included

  • Fault finder: By fault code and by symptom.
  • Technical data: Of the system and the machine.
  • Wiring diagrams: The electrical schematics for the system.

  • Manual diagnostics: Troubleshooting without the system reporting itself.

The difference with expert mode. Standard diagnostics involves reading, measuring and controlling. In expert mode, you can additionally modify parameters in the control units: Cojali itself mentions calibrating sensors and actuators, adjusting operating parameters and regenerating the particulate filter. This mode is included.

Cables and computer

The 16-pin OBD cable is supplied in the case. If the machine has a proprietary connector, a separate cable is required for that. Cojali bundles the agricultural cables in a set:

Good to know: If you renew within fifteen days of the expiry date, the new period runs from that expiry date; after that it begins on the renewal date. Renewal is done with the update licence; include the serial number of your Jaltest Link in the comments field.
