The Jaltest 74502017 is the software licence for Marine Jetski, the Jaltest diagnostics for jet skis and personal watercraft. You purchase the module with the first licence year included, so that after activation you can go ahead for twelve months straight away.
In that year you receive the three software versions that Jaltest releases per year. After that you renew annually with the update licence (74602005). To diagnose, you need the Jaltest Link; AsTools activates the module on the serial number of that Link, usually within one working day.

Applications and functions
Marine Jetski is the Jaltest diagnostics for jet skis and personal watercraft. With this licence the module is available to you from activation; what you do with it depends on the engine and the connection you use.
What the licence includes

How to use it
- Ordering: Order the licence in the webshop.
- Providing the serial number: State the serial number of your Jaltest Link in the comments field when ordering; this is required.
- We activate: We link the module to that serial number, usually within one working day of your order.
- Confirmation: You will receive an email once the module is active.
- Use: Start Jaltest Diagnostics and open the module; Marine Jetski then appears in the start menu.
Compatible engines and vessels
The deciding factor is the licence category, not the brand alone. Marine Jetski covers jet skis and personal watercraft. The brands listed below are within the coverage of Jaltest Marine; which systems are available per engine differs by model and year of manufacture.
Jet skis and personal watercraft (5 brands):
- European (1): HSR-Benelli.
- Asian (3): Honda, Kawasaki, Yamaha.
- American (1): Sea-Doo (BRP).
The versions
Marine Jetski is available in three versions with the same coverage. The difference lies in what you purchase, not in what you can do with it.
- Software activation (74502005): One-off purchase of the module.
- Software licence (74502017): This product, the module with the first year included.
- Update licence (74602005): Twelve-month renewal, from the second year onwards.
What is not covered by this licence
Marine works per category. If you also work on other engines, you take the corresponding licence as well.
- Inboard motors: Marine Inboard (74502003).
- Outboard motors: Marine Outboard (74502004).
- Stationary engines or everything combined: Marine Compleet (74502001).
What you need in addition
- Jaltest Link: The diagnostic interface. Required, also to start the software on a PC.
- Adapter cables: Optional: Personal watercraft cable set (29985). If you do not have them, connect with the multi-pin set from your Jaltest case.
