The Jaltest 71502007 is the software licence for the Knorr-Bremse Diagnostics Add-on: Knorr-Bremse's own diagnostics, which you open within your existing Jaltest software. Knorr-Bremse developed that diagnostics together with Cojali, built on the operation of Jaltest Diagnostics. It replaces the separate NEO programme for trucks and ECUtalk for trailers.
The add-on works within an active Jaltest diagnostics licence, CV or Modular. The original technical information from Knorr-Bremse is included. This licence covers the first year; from the second year onwards, you renew with the update licence (71602007). Knorr-Bremse updates the diagnostics three times a year.

Applications and functions
Knorr-Bremse Diagnostics is the diagnostics of Knorr-Bremse itself, with the operation of Jaltest Diagnostics. This licence unlocks that module. What you do with it depends on the system and the connection you use.

- Calibrations: What Knorr-Bremse releases.
- Replacement: Control unit per procedure.
How to use it
- Ordering: Order the licence in the webshop.
- Serial number: Enter the serial number of your Jaltest Link in the comments field.
- Activation: We activate the module on that serial number, usually within one working day, and confirm this by email.
- Update software: Start Jaltest Diagnostics and retrieve the module.
- Getting started: The Knorr-Bremse diagnostics then appear in the start menu.
Compatible vehicles and systems
What matters is the Knorr-Bremse system in the vehicle. The module works on the Knorr-Bremse systems in trucks, buses and trailers. Which systems are available per vehicle differs by model and year of manufacture.
Vehicles:
- Trucks: Previously via NEO.
- Buses: Knorr-Bremse systems.
- Trailers: Previously via ECUtalk, also iTEBS X.
Adapter cables (optional):
- JDC103A: Wabco and Knorr-Bremse trailer brake systems, 7-pin.
- JDC111A: Knorr-Bremse KB4-TA trailer ABS, 7-pin.
- JDC220A: Knorr-Bremse EBS 5, 18+18-pin.
- JDC305A: Knorr-Bremse ABS, 18+18-pin.
- Without adapter cable: Connect using the multi-pin set from your Jaltest case.
The versions
Knorr-Bremse Diagnostics is available via two routes, each with an initial purchase and an annual renewal.
- Add-on, software licence (71502007): This product. The first year, in addition to your existing Jaltest licence.
- Add-on, update licence (71602007): Twelve-month renewal, from the second year onwards.
- Standalone, software activation (71502008): One-time purchase, without a Jaltest diagnostic licence.
- Standalone, update licence (71602011): Twelve-month renewal, from the second year onwards.
Licence and renewal
- Required for use: Jaltest Link and an active Jaltest diagnostic licence, CV or Modular.
- Renewal: From the second year with the update licence (71602007).
- If not renewed: The module will be blocked.
- Registration: Every six months and after a new software version.
