The Jaltest 29308 is the software activation for Jaltest OHW, the Jaltest diagnostics for heavy and compact earthmoving and road construction equipment. You purchase the module once and the purchase does not expire; the module remains yours. The software runs on a Windows PC and reads the control units via the Jaltest Link. Without that interface it does not start.
When ordering, you provide the serial number of your Jaltest Link in the comments field; we link the module to that serial number, usually within one working day. After that, Jaltest OHW appears in the start menu of Jaltest Diagnostics. The first year of use is not included in this activation but in the software licence (74001014). For the new software versions from the second year onwards, you need the update licence (29760); Jaltest releases three updates per year.

How to use it
- Ordering: Order the activation for Jaltest OHW.
- Serial number: State the serial number of your Jaltest Link in the comments field; this is mandatory.
- Activation: We link the module to that serial number, usually within one working day.
- Confirmation: You will receive an email as soon as the module is linked to your serial number.
- Use: Start Jaltest Diagnostics, retrieve the module and select Jaltest OHW in the start menu.

Jaltest OHW is available in four versions with the same coverage. The difference lies in what you buy, not in what you can do with it.
- Software activation (this product): One-off purchase; the module remains yours (29308).
- Software licence: The module with the first year of use included (74001014).
- Update licence: Twelve months' extension, from the second year onwards (29760).
- Software upgrade: Adds this segment to Jaltest software of another segment (74001001).
What you need
- Jaltest Link: The diagnostic interface. Required, also to start the software on a PC.
- Update licence (29760): Twelve months' extension, from the second year onwards.
- Adapter cables (optional): The Cable set OHW new (70002029) and the Cable set OHW basic (70002030). Without a cable set, you connect with the multi-pin set from your Jaltest case.
