The Jaltest Marine (Vessel) update license with a duration of 1 year is intended for the extension of the software updates for your reading device. With this license, the user gains access to the most recent software improvements, new functionalities, and extensive vehicle coverage developed by Jaltest.

After ordering, the update license is automatically activated within 24–48 hours on the provided serial number. An active license grants access to all new diagnostic functions and technical information. When the license has expired, the reading device continues to function with the last installed software version, but no longer receives updates.

For the activation of the license, the serial number of your Jaltest reading device is required. This serial number consists of 9 characters and must be entered in the comments field during the ordering process. The serial number can be found in the following locations:

Device: On the back of the Jaltest Link V9 interface.
Settings menu: In the Jaltest software under the menu 'Settings' or 'Device information'.
Packaging box: On a sticker on the original packaging of the device.
