The activation of the license is fully automatic and digital within 24 hours after ordering. After the license period expires, the diagnostic functions remain available, but access to new technical information and diagrams ends. However, the expert mode remains active.

Activating your license is a simple digital process. Follow the steps below to extend your software:

The serial number of your Jaltest Link interface is required to activate the license. This number, consisting of 9 characters, must be entered in the remarks field when ordering. You can find the serial number in the following places:

• Settings menu: Within the Jaltest software under the Settings menu.
• Packaging box: On the original box in which the reader device was delivered.
