The Jaltest 74602003 is the update licence for Marine Inboard, the Jaltest diagnostics for inboard engines. It extends an existing licence by twelve months, tied to the serial number of your Jaltest Link. This is not a new module, but an extension of a module you already have.
With the extension, you keep access to the new software versions, with the engines, systems and functions added in that year. Jaltest releases three updates per year; in the meantime, nothing changes in your installation. If you do not extend, Marine Inboard will be blocked and you will no longer be able to read out with it. If you do not yet have the module, start with the software activation (74502003).

Marine Inboard is the Jaltest diagnostics for inboard engines. This extension keeps that module active and brings the updates for the coming year. What you do with it afterwards depends on the engine and the connection you use.

How to use it
- Ordering: Complete the order in the webshop.
- Serial number: Enter the Link serial number in the comments field.
- Activation: We extend, usually within one working day.
- Confirmation: You receive the new expiry date by email.
- Updating: Retrieve the new version in Jaltest.
Compatible vehicles and applications
What matters is the licence already on your Jaltest Link. The extension does not change the coverage. Marine Inboard continues to work on inboard engines; what is added are the engines and systems that Jaltest adds during the coming year.

The versions
This module is available in three versions with the same coverage. The difference lies in what you purchase, not in what you can do with it.
- Software activation (74502003): One-time purchase; the module remains yours.
- Software licence (74502015): The module including the first year.
- Update licence (74602003): This product. Twelve months' extension, from the second year.
What falls outside this licence
Marine works per category. If you also work on other engines, purchase the corresponding licence.
- Outboard motors: Marine Outboard (74502004).
- Jet skis: Marine Jetski (74502005).
- Stationary engines or everything combined: Marine Complete (74502001).
What you need
- Jaltest Link: The diagnostic interface. Required, also to start the software on a PC.
- Existing licence: Marine Inboard (74502003).
- Adapter cables: Optional: Marine cable set for inboard engines (70002009). Without cables, you connect with the multipin set from your Jaltest case.
