Jaltest (73501001) | AGV | Software upgrade

The Jaltest (73501001) is a software upgrade designed to add the AGV (Agricultural) module to an existing Jaltest diagnostic device. This upgrade is intended exclusively for users who already have an active base license, such as for example for CV (Commercial Vehicle) or OHW (Off-Highway). The action allows the software to be expanded at a reduced price compared to purchasing a completely new, separate license.

After ordering, the upgrade license is activated within 24–48 hours. This activation is the first step to make the AGV module available on the device. To actually use the diagnostic functions, it is necessary to also purchase a separate, valid software license for the AGV module. Without this active software license, the module is installed but not functional.

With an activated AGV module and a valid software license, the user gains access to extensive diagnostic capabilities for agricultural vehicles. The software offers the following functionalities:

• Diagnosis: Reading and clearing fault codes from all supported electronic systems in tractors, harvesters, and other agricultural vehicles.
• Component activation: Testing actuators and components to verify correct operation.
• System checks: Performing specific tests, such as compression tests or cylinder balance tests.
• Calibrations: Calibrating sensors and systems, such as transmissions, lifting devices, and hydraulic systems.
• Technical information: Access to technical data, interactive wiring diagrams, and repair manuals.
• Maintenance data: Resetting service intervals and consulting maintenance information.

Note: The software activation is the first step to activate the Jaltest diagnostic device. However, for full use of the system, a valid software license is also required. Without this license, the module cannot function fully.

Serial number information:

For the activation of the software upgrade, the serial number of your Jaltest Link V9 interface is required. This number consists of 9 characters and must be entered in the comments field during the ordering process. You can find the serial number in the following locations:

• Device: On the sticker on the back of the Jaltest Link V9 interface.
• Settings menu: In the Jaltest software via the settings menu.
• Packaging box: On the original packaging of the diagnostic device.
