The Jaltest 29764 is the update licence for Jaltest AGV, the diagnostic solution for tractors, combine harvesters and self-propelled and trailed implements. This extends an active licence by twelve months. This is not a new module, but a renewal of a module that already exists on your serial number.
With the renewal, you maintain twelve months' access to new software versions, including the vehicles, systems and functions added that year. Jaltest updates the software three times per year; your installation remains unchanged between updates. If you do not renew, Jaltest AGV will be blocked and you will no longer be able to read data with it.

Jaltest AGV is the Jaltest diagnostic solution for tractors, combine harvesters and self-propelled and trailed implements. This renewal keeps that module active and brings the enhancements for the coming year. What you do with it next depends on the vehicle and the interface you use.

- Systems and fault codes: The software recognises the control units present and reads out the fault codes, with their descriptions.
- Live readings: Read parameters whilst the vehicle is running, from engine speed and pressure to temperature.
- Actuation: Direct actuation of components to verify they respond.
- Calibrations and settings: The calibrations and parameter settings that Jaltest offers per system.
- Symptom-based fault finding: Guided search paths that start from the complaint rather than the fault code.
- Technical information: Releases, procedures and manual diagnostics for the systems you access.
- Expert mode: Select a control unit manually when automatic selection is not suitable.

Four editions
Jaltest AGV comes in four versions with identical coverage. The difference lies in what you purchase – a one-time purchase, the first year of use included, a renewal or an upgrade to software you already own – not in what you can do with it.

What you need
For diagnostics with Jaltest AGV, you need more than this product. The complete setup is detailed below.
- Jaltest Link: The diagnostic interface. Required, even to start the software on a PC.
- The module itself (29764): This product. It is the renewal and works on a module you already have.
- Update licence (29764): This product. Twelve months' renewal, from the second year onwards.
- Adaptor cables (optional): AGV cable kit (70002003). If you don't have them, you can connect using the multi-pin set from your Jaltest kit.

How does it work in practice?
From order to renewed licence takes four steps. You do not need to reinstall anything; the serial number is all you need to locate yourself.
- Provide serial number: When placing your order, state the serial number of the Jaltest Link on which the existing licence is registered.
- We renew: We apply the renewal to that serial number, typically within one working day of your order.
- Email confirmation: We'll contact you once the new expiry date is set on your serial number.
- Update software: Start Jaltest Diagnostics and retrieve the new version; Jaltest AGV remains in the start menu as usual.
