The Jaltest (71502007) is an update license for Knorr-Bremse applications. This license extends access to new software updates for a period of 1 year. After this period, the reception of new updates stops unless the license is renewed.

After ordering, the license is automatically activated within 24–48 hours on the specified serial number. An active license provides access to the latest software improvements, extensive diagnostic functions, and current coverage of vehicle models. When the license has expired, the reader device continues to function with the last installed software version, but no longer receives new updates or extended functionality.

Serial number information:

For activation of the license, the serial number of your Jaltest reader device is required. This serial number consists of 9 characters and must be entered in the comments field during checkout. The serial number can be found in the following locations:

Device: On the sticker on the back of the Jaltest Link interface.
Settings menu: In the Jaltest software under the 'Settings' or 'Device information' menu.
Packaging box: On the original packaging box of the reader device.
