The Jaltest MDC07 is an Adapter Cable developed for performing diagnostics on specific brake systems in commercial vehicles. The cable connects the Knorr-Bremse/Wabco 4-pin EBS connector of the modulator to a standard 16-pin OBD2 port of a diagnostic device. This enables direct communication with the control unit of the brake system.
This diagnostic cable is specifically designed for use with the Jaltest ETM (Electronic Test Module) and other compatible diagnostic interfaces. It allows technicians to perform component-specific tests, such as checking operation, reading fault codes, and viewing live data from the brake modulators. The cable is suitable for 1st and 2nd generation Wabco modulators and 2nd generation Knorr-Bremse trailer control modulators.
