De Autool CT400 is een reinigings- en testbank voor zes injectoren, geschikt voor standaard EFI-injectoren en lange GDI- en FSI-injectoren van directe inspuiting. Hij stuurt injectoren aan met 12, 70 of 120 V, zodat ook hoogspanningsinjectoren goed openen. In één apparaat reinigt u in het ultrasoonbad en test u daarna de opbrengst in de maatglazen.
De CT400 heeft 3 reinigingsfuncties en 9 testfuncties, waaronder een lektest, een opbrengsttest op stationair, midden en hoog toerental, een acceleratietest en terugspoelen. U stelt het gesimuleerde toerental in van 0 tot 7500 tpm, de pulsbreedte van 0 tot 20 ms en de systeemdruk tot 0,55 MPa. Lcd-scherm, manometer, peilglas en een aftapkraan maken het werken overzichtelijk.

Reinigen
- Ultrasoon reinigen: Aanslag losmaken in het ultrasoonbad.
- Terugspoelen: Vloeistof in omgekeerde richting door de injector.
- Zonder demontage: Met optionele adapters op de motor.
Testen
- Stationair, midden, hoog: Spuitbeeld en werking per toerentalbereik.
- Acceleratie en wisselend toerental: Reactie van de injector bij toerentalwisselingen.
- Lektest: Controle of de naald dicht blijft onder druk.
- Opbrengsttest: Hoeveelheid per injector in de maatglazen vergelijken.
