The DTC remover for MAN trucks is a plug-and-play device, specifically developed for vehicles that comply with the Euro 6 emission standard. The device is directly connected to the OBD diagnostic port of the truck to identify and clear stored fault codes (DTCs). The module communicates with various electronic systems in the vehicle.
This device operates without the need for external software or a computer. It is designed to deactivate warnings and malfunction lights on the dashboard, such as the engine management light, and to lift the limp mode by resetting the fault codes. It clears codes from systems such as the engine control unit, braking system, transmission, and AdBlue module. The device does not resolve the underlying cause of a malfunction.
