Autel MaxiDas DS900 | Update License
The Autel MaxiDas DS900 update license is a software subscription with a duration of 1 year. This license extends the period during which the Autel MaxiDas DS900 scanner updates can be received. This provides access to the latest software versions, including new vehicle models and improved functionality.
After ordering, the license is automatically activated on the specified serial number within 24–48 hours. An active license provides access to the newest diagnostic functions and software improvements. When the license has expired, the already installed functions remain usable, but the scanner no longer receives new updates.
Applications and functionalities:
The update license activates the following additions and improvements for the duration of the subscription period:
- Diagnostic functions: Access to updates for all diagnostic modules and systems.
- Software improvements: Implementation of performance and stability improvements in the operating software.
- Vehicle coverage: Expansion of the database with new vehicle models, model years, and systems.

Serial number information:
For the activation of the license, the serial number of your scanner is required. Provide this number, which consists of 14 characters, in the comments field during the ordering process. The serial number can be found in the following locations:
- Device: On a sticker on the back of the Autel MaxiDas DS900.
- Settings menu: In the main menu via the options 'Settings' and then 'About'.
- Packaging box: On the original product packaging.
