The Autel MaxiDas DS808S update licence extends your entitlement to software updates for the DS808S with one year. The capabilities of the DS808S are determined by the software, not the hardware. The device is the wired S version of the DS808, supplied with a comprehensive package of maintenance services. The device offers advanced ECU coding for manufacturers including BMW, Porsche, Nissan, Volkswagen and Hyundai, with bidirectional testing and coding on all modules. A renewal gives you one year's access to all new versions released during that period.

The licence is tied to the serial number of your DS808S, not to an account or a code; we link those for you, typically within one working day. A renewal maintains vehicle coverage, the maintenance services and the coding files within one working day. When the licence term expires, nothing changes on what is already installed on the device, but new software will no longer be added.

✕Vehicle connection plays no role in updates; everything occurs via wifi and the charger.
