Once ordered, the license is automatically activated on the linked serial number, eliminating the need for manual coding or activation code entry by the user. Activation is typically processed within 1 business day, after which updates can be downloaded and installed directly through the device's software. Once the license period expires, the scanner remains functional on the last installed software version, but new updates become available only after renewal.
