Autel EV Diagnostics Upgrade Kit | Accessories
The Autel EV Diagnostics Upgrade Kit is a comprehensive set of accessories designed to expand Autel MaxiSys diagnostic tablets with electric vehicle functionalities. The central component of this set is the EVDiag Box, which, combined with a compatible tablet and the included adapters and cables, enables detailed analysis of high-voltage battery packs. The kit is compatible with the MaxiSys Ultra, MaxiSys Ultra ADAS, MaxiSys MS919 and MaxiSys MS909 tablets and connects via a MaxiFlash VCI or VCMI.
With this upgrade kit, existing MaxiSys devices can be converted into a full EV diagnostic system, similar to the MS909EV and MaxiSys Ultra EV. The set includes specific adapters and breakout cables for direct connection to the battery systems of brands such as BMW, Tesla and Volkswagen. This allows the user to analyze the State of Health (SOH) and State of Charge (SOC) of the battery, providing deep insight into the condition of the battery pack, beyond standard OBD diagnostics.
Application and functionality:
This kit provides the hardware needed to perform advanced diagnostics on the battery systems of electric and hybrid vehicles. The functionalities include:
- Battery pack analysis: Provides the ability to measure and assess the State of Health (SOH) and State of Charge (SOC) of the battery pack for a detailed overview of its condition.
- System upgrade: Transforms compatible Autel MaxiSys tablets into diagnostic devices with full EV capabilities. After activating the serial number of the EVDiag Box in the tablet portal, the EV functions become available.
- Detailed component diagnosis: The included breakout cables and adapters enable measurements on individual cells and modules within the battery pack.
- Brand specific coverage: The set includes adapters for a direct connection to the battery packs of various vehicle manufacturers, including BMW, Tesla and Volkswagen.
