Autool LM120+ | AC Manifold Gauge
The Autool LM120+ is a digital air pressure gauge, also called a manometer set, designed for the installation, testing, and maintenance of refrigeration and air conditioning systems (HVAC/R). The set simultaneously measures the high and low pressure of the system and can record two different temperatures using the supplied temperature clamps. Based on these measurements, the meter automatically calculates the superheat and subcooling, simplifying system diagnosis.
This digital manometer set features a built-in database with the properties of 89 different refrigerants, according to the US NIST standard. The LM120+ is equipped with a large LCD screen with backlighting, on which all measured values are clearly displayed. Additional functions include a pressure hold test for detecting leaks and the ability to switch between different measurement units such as psi, bar, kPa, MPa, and kgf/cm².
Application and functionality:
The Autool LM120+ is used for diagnosing and maintaining cooling systems in, among others, vehicles and stationary installations.
- Dual pressure measurement: Simultaneous measurement of the pressure on the high and low pressure sides of a cooling system.
- Dual temperature measurement: With the two supplied temperature clamps, temperatures can be measured at two different points, such as the inlet and outlet.
- Automatic calculations: The meter automatically calculates the evaporation and condensation temperature, as well as the degree of superheat and subcooling based on the entered measurements and the selected refrigerant.
- Built-in refrigerant database: Contains data of 89 types of refrigerants, making manual lookup tables unnecessary.
- Pressure hold test: A function to check system tightness by measuring and recording the pressure drop over a set period.
- Switchable units: The user can switch between different units for pressure (kPa, MPa, bar, inHg, psi) and temperature (°C, °F).
- Data display: The illuminated LCD screen shows all relevant data, including current pressure, temperature, calculated values, and the selected refrigerant.
