The OBDSTAR MK70 is a motorcycle key programmer that works exclusively on two-wheelers: no cars, no vans. That's a deliberate choice, not a limitation — the entire database focuses on motorcycles. The device programmes keys via OBD and bench methods, reads the PIN code for Honda, Suzuki and Yamaha when an original key is present, creates keys from dump data and recalibrates the odometer.
It's a 7-inch Android tablet with a RK3128 quad-core ARM Cortex A7 processor, 16 GB storageexpandable via micro SD card up to 32 GB, and a 3700 mAh battery. The box includes the P001 IMMO kit for PIN code operations, plus brand-specific adapters for Harley-Davidson, Indian and BRP. Purchase includes one year of software updates and remote support via TeamViewer.

Applications and Features
OBDSTAR distributes the MK70 across four applications. Three are included as standard; the fourth is optional.
The four apps
- IMMO — via OBD and bench:Key programming on the ignition switch, both via the diagnostic port and on the bench. Included as standard with the device.
- RFID — creating keys from dump:Creating a key based on read memory. Included as standard with the device.
- Programmer — counter via dump:The odometer recalibration based on read memory. Included as standard in the device.
- ODO Meter — reading via OBD and bench:Mileage programming without reading the memory.Optional: a separate odometer kit is required for this.
What you can do with it
- Key programming:A key learning function on the motorcycle ignition switch, via OBD or on the bench.
- Read PIN code with original key:At Honda, Suzuki and Yamaha, read the PIN code when a working key is still available. This is done via the supplied P001.
- Key programming via dump:Create a key based on the module's memory, on models where this is the applicable method.
- Odometer recalibration via dump:Reset the mileage following instrument cluster replacement or repair.
- Odometer adjustment via OBD or bench:The same operation without reading the memory — with the optional odometer kit, on Aprilia, BRP, Ducati and KTM.
Supported motorcycle brands
The combination of make, model and year of manufacture is decisive, not the make alone. OBDSTAR divides MK70 coverage across four separate lists. A brand appearing in the key programming list may not appear in the odometer list — therefore check the specific function you require. Each list is organised by region and in alphabetical order.

Note the difference between the lists.Benelli, Buell, Cagiva, KTM, Kymco, MV Agusta and Vespa appear exclusively in the odometer list: the MK70 performs no key programming on these. Conversely, CFMOTO, Indian, Italjet, Polaris, QJMotor, Souo and Voge are listed only for key programming.

Hardware modules and accessories
Some odometer work and connections outside the supplied adapters require additional hardware.
- Odometer kit: Required for odometer adjustment via OBD or bench on Aprilia, BRP, Ducati and KTM. Without this kit, only the dump method works, which requires removing the instrument cluster.
- MP001 programmer: As an alternative to the supplied P001 for some dump and odometer work.
- Brand-specific diagnostic adapters: For connections not included in the box, including BMW, Ducati, Kawasaki, Honda, Suzuki and Yamaha.
Licence information
- Duration: One year of software updates from first activation, plus remote support via TeamViewer with purchase.
- What updates to add:New motorcycle models, expansion of existing brands, additional key and odometer procedures and corrections.
- After completion:The device will continue to operate with the last installed version; new models and features will only be added after renewal.
