The OBDeleven credits package is a digital credit used within the OBDeleven app to perform Pro features and vehicle customizations. The package is suitable for mechanics, diagnostic technicians, and car enthusiasts who work with an OBDeleven interface on Volkswagen Group vehicles and want access to coding and customizations beyond the app’s standard functions.
Credits are delivered as a value code sent by email. This code can be redeemed within the OBDeleven app and is not tied to a specific device, allowing credits to be used with any OBDeleven interface. Each executed Pro action or customization consumes a certain amount of credits, and the current balance remains visible in the app.

With OBDeleven credits, you unlock additional features within the app beyond the free basic diagnosis, especially in coding and vehicle customization.
- Activate Pro features: Gain access to more extensive diagnostic and customization options within the app that are not included in the basic version.
- One-Click Apps: Perform pre-programmed adjustments, such as enabling or disabling comfort and lighting functions on supported vehicles.
- Long Coding: Adjust individual bytes and bits in control modules for specific configuration changes.
- Adaptations: Change adaptation values in control modules to adjust vehicle behavior to personal preferences.
- History and backups: Save performed adjustments so that previous changes can be reverted later.

How does it work in practice?
Redeeming the credits is done entirely digitally via the OBDeleven app on your smartphone or tablet.
- Order: Place the order for the desired credit package; no additional account or device information is required.
- Receive value code: You will receive the value code by email within 1 business day.
- Open app: Open the OBDeleven app on your smartphone or tablet and log in to your account.
- Redeem code: Go to the credits or redemption menu in the app and enter the received value code.
- Using credits: The credits are added directly to your account and can be used immediately for Pro features and adjustments.
Account information
For this package, you do not need to provide account details when ordering; the value code is sent by email and can be redeemed in the app on the account of your choice.
- OBDeleven app: Log in to your existing account or create a new account via the app.
- Redemption menu in the app: Here you enter the received value code to add the credits to your balance.
- Credit balance in the app: The current number of credits is visible at any time in the main menu or profile of the app.
