The Mercedes VCI – 16-pin OBD2 adapter cable is the standard diagnostic cable for use with the latest generation Mercedes-Benz SD Connect C6 (VCI), also known as the Bosch Vehicle Communication Interface. This advanced cable is specially designed for maximum compatibility with modern DoIP-based vehicle systems and supports all relevant diagnostic protocols of the latest and older Mercedes models.
The cable features a high-quality, VCI-specific D-Sub connector on one end and a standard 16-pin OBD2 male connector on the other. Its heavily shielded multi-core construction provides excellent signal quality, essential for software updates, SCN coding, and vehicle programming.

This cable enables direct communication between the VCI (C6) interface and the vehicle via all modern and legacy protocols. Typical applications:
