The Jaltest 74502004 is the software activation for Marine Outboard, the Jaltest diagnostics for outboard engines. You purchase the module once and the purchase does not expire; the module remains yours. The software runs on a Windows PC and reads the control units via the Jaltest Link. Without that interface it does not start.
When ordering, enter the serial number of your Jaltest Link in the comments field; we link the module to that serial number, usually within one working day. Afterwards, Marine Outboard appears in the start menu of Jaltest Diagnostics. The first year of use is not included in this activation but in the software licence (74502014). For the new software versions from the second year onwards, you take the update licence (74602004); Jaltest releases three updates per year.

How to use it
- Ordering: Order the activation for Marine Outboard.
- Serial number: Enter the serial number of your Jaltest Link in the comments field; this is mandatory.
- Activation: We link the module to that serial number, usually within one working day.
- Confirmation: You will receive an email as soon as the module is on your serial number.
- Use: Start Jaltest Diagnostics, retrieve the module and select Marine Outboard in the start menu.

- Software licence: The module including the first year of use (74502014).
- Update licence: Twelve months' extension, from the second year (74602004).

Marine works per category. If you also work on other engines, you take the corresponding licence as well.

- Jet skis: Marine Jetski (74502005).
- Stationary engines: Marine Complete (74502001).

What you need in addition
- Jaltest Link: The diagnostic interface. Required, also to start the software on a PC.
- Update licence (74602004): Twelve months' extension, from the second year.
- Adapter cables (optional): The Marine cable set for outboard engines (70002010). Without the cable set, you connect with the multipin set from your Jaltest case.
