The Foxwell i80TS is an advanced diagnostic and TPMS platform, specially designed for professional Car workshops that need an all-in-one solution. The device features a bright 10.1-inch touchscreen, runs on Android 9.0, and is powered by a powerful quad-core processor. With support for more than 90 Car brands, including the latest models from Europe, Asia, and America, the i80TS offers extensive system diagnostics, fault code analysis, and live data monitoring. Moreover, it supports bidirectional control, ECU coding, and more than 35 special functions such as DPF regeneration, injector coding, and steering angle sensor calibration.
What sets the i80TS apart is the integrated TPMS functionality. This allows technicians to activate, read, program, and relearn TPMS sensors without additional equipment. The device supports both OE and aftermarket sensors and offers features such as sensor cloning and performing full TPMS health checks. Thanks to the wireless Bluetooth VCI and Wi-Fi connectivity, updates can be easily performed, and with the included 10,000 mAh battery, the device is suitable for prolonged use in busy workshop environments.
Diagnostic functions:
- Complete system scan: Automatically scans all available electronic control units, including engine, transmission, ABS, airbag, steering, body, HVAC, lighting system, and comfort modules.
- Read and clear fault codes: Reads stored, active, and temporary fault codes (DTCs) from any system. After diagnosis, fault codes can be cleared for a new evaluation.
- Live data monitoring: Shows real-time data from sensors and actuators in graph or table form. Supports simultaneous display of multiple parameters for signal analysis.
- View Freeze Frame data: Displays vehicle parameters at the moment a fault code occurred. This helps to better identify the cause of a malfunction.
- Perform actuator tests: Activates individual components such as EGR valves, fuel pumps, cooling fans, or relays to manually test their operation.
- ECU information reading: Retrieves software version, calibration ID, part number, and serial number from each ECU. Necessary for updates, replacements, and codings.
- Automatic VIN recognition: Recognizes the vehicle via the chassis number and automatically selects the correct brand and model for a fast and accurate diagnostic start.
- Quick scan with fault status report: Provides an overview of all modules with color coding (green/yellow/red) and fault status. This allows faults to be quickly visualized and reported.
- Display and reset of adaptation values: Provides access to learning values of systems such as throttle valves, transmissions, or particulate filters. Adaptations can be reset after replacement or maintenance.
TPMS functions:
- TPMS system diagnosis: Reads the status of all wheel sensors and checks for fault codes in the TPMS system. Analyzes battery level, signal strength, tire pressure, and temperature per sensor (if supported).
- TPMS sensor activation: Activates original or aftermarket TPMS sensors via RF signal or magnetic stimulation. Also supports wake-up functions for passive sensors.
- TPMS sensor reading: Reads sensor ID, tire pressure, temperature, battery status, and frequency directly from the sensor, even without vehicle connection.
- TPMS sensor programming: Programs blank or replacement universal sensors with the correct ID, protocol, and vehicle application. Supports copying existing sensors and manual input.
- TPMS sensor relearn: Learns new or programmed sensor IDs to the ECU via OBD adaptation, idle learning process, or automatic learning process, depending on the vehicle brand.
- TPMS reset: Clears warning messages after replacing, programming, or learning sensors.
Maintenance and service functions:
The Foxwell I80TS supports more than 35 maintenance and service functions, with extensive capabilities for TPMS, engine management, brake systems, and electronic vehicle systems. Exact availability depends on the vehicle brand and model. Below is an overview of the most common functions:
- Oil service reset: Resets the maintenance indicator after an oil change.
- Electronic parking brake reset (EPB): Puts the parking brake in service mode for brake service and reactivates it.
- ABS bleeding: Performs a bleeding procedure for the ABS system, including activating the ABS pump.
- Steering angle sensor calibration (SAS): Calibrates the steering angle sensor after alignment or steering repair.
- TPMS reset: Resets the tire pressure monitoring system after sensor replacement or tire change.
- DPF regeneration: Forces the regeneration cycle of the diesel particulate filter when saturated.
- Injector coding: Learning new injector codes in the engine management system.
- Battery registration (BMS reset): Registers a new battery for correct operation of the battery management system.
- Throttle body learning (TBA/Idle relearn): Recalibrates the throttle body for a stable idle speed.
- Transmission adaptation reset: Reset of learned shift patterns of the automatic transmission.
- Headlight adjustment: Adjusting the height and direction settings of the headlights.
