The Autool AST605 is an electric brake bleeder for replacing and bleeding brake fluid in passenger cars. The device operates according to the pressure principle and removes old brake fluid via the wheel brake cylinders, while new fluid is supplied under controlled pressure. The included Adapter set covers a wide range of vehicle brands, including Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Volkswagen, Audi, Ford, Porsche, Toyota, and Tesla, making the system suitable for both workshop use and mobile maintenance.
During use, the filling hose is connected to the brake fluid reservoir via the correct Adapter. After switching on, the device builds pressure, which can be read on the built-in pressure gauge and adjusted with the pressure control knob. The old fluid is then discharged via the bleed nipples of the wheel cylinders. After switching off, pressure remains in the line; this residual pressure is released with the pressure regulator, after which the hose can be safely disconnected from the Adapter.

- Replace brake fluid: Removes old brake fluid through the bleed nipples and replaces it with new fluid under constant pressure.
- Bleed brake system: Removes air from brake lines after replacing brake calipers, master cylinder, or brake hoses.
- Pressure control: Continuously adjusts the working pressure via the pressure control knob, readable on the pressure gauge.
- Release residual pressure: Reduces pressure in the filling hose after switching off, allowing the adapter to be safely disconnected.
- Connect reservoir: Connects directly to the vehicle’s brake fluid reservoir via one of the three adapters.
