- Enter the serial number: During checkout, enter the serial number of your Autel diagnostic tool in the remarks field.

Serial number information
For correct processing, it is necessary to provide the serial number of your device. This number, usually consisting of 12 characters, can be found in several places. Do not forget to enter this number in the remarks field when placing your order.
- Device: The serial number is listed on the sticker on the back of the diagnostic tool.
- Settings menu: Navigate in the main menu to 'Settings' and then to 'About' or 'Info' to view system details, including the serial number.
