The Jaltest JSK02 is a service key specifically developed for performing diagnostics and maintenance on Liebherr work vehicles. This key functions as a hardware unlock for specific manufacturer-restricted functionalities within the Jaltest OHW (Off-Highway) software. The JSK02 is used in combination with the Jaltest V9 Link interface and the associated diagnostic cables to establish a complete connection with the vehicle systems.
With the JSK02 service key, the user gains access to expert mode functionalities that are normally unavailable. This includes, among other things, modifying machine parameters, performing calibrations of components, and configuring various system settings. These actions require specific authorization, which this key provides software-wise for the selected Liebherr systems.
Application and functionality:
The JSK02 activates expert mode in the Jaltest software for Liebherr, granting access to the following functions:
- Parameter configuration: Adjusting manufacturer-set parameters, such as engine speed limits, hydraulic settings, or transmission configurations.
- System calibration: Calibrating sensors, actuators, and other electronic components after replacement or repair, for example for the steering angle or lifting device.
- Maintenance reset: Resetting maintenance intervals and related system notifications after performing service.
- Component activation: Manually controlling and testing specific parts such as injectors, valves, or pumps for diagnostic purposes.
