\nThe Jaltest JDC547A is the adapter cable for the Doosan DL03 engine with the brand-specific 6-pin connector; on the engine side you'll find that connector, on the interface side the 16-pin OBD2 of your Jaltest diagnostic cable. The diagnostic connector belongs to the engine and is located on or near the engine block, not in a fixed location on the machine.\n

\nOnce the connection is established, the Jaltest software accesses the two control units located in the DL03 engine cover: The engine control DL03, CAN — Engine Control Module and the DCU of the exhaust aftertreatment system. In both cases, you're limited to reading: fault codes, live data, ECU information and service intervals. The cable is designed for a single engine type rather than the entire Doosan engine lineup. The cable falls under Jaltest OHW (Off-Highway Machines).\n

IMPORTANT NOTES

✕Only for the 6-pin DL03 connector; the other Doosan engines (DL01, DL02, DL06, DL08, DM01, DM02, DM03 and DV11) are covered by Jaltest, but they use their own connector.
✕For Doosan machines, Cojali supplies a separate cable — the JDC545.9 Doosan diagnostic cable.
✕The DL03 coverage is diagnostic-focused: Component control, parameter configuration, and calibration are not included in the coverage table for these control units.
✕Requires a Jaltest Link with valid OHW license; the cable does not provide any coverage on its own.

Compatible Vehicles and Applications

Determining the right cable depends on the engine type, not the machine model.The DL03 is a standalone engine installed in compact machinery; Jaltest provides coverage directly on the engine itself. You'll need to check which connector is fitted to your engine block on-site.

Doosan:

  • DL03:The engine series for which this cable is intended, with the control units "DL03, CAN" and the ECU of the exhaust aftertreatment system
  • Application: Compact Bobcat equipment featuring the DL03 — Cojali lists the cable in their catalog under that designation
  • Other Doosan Engines: DL01, DL02, DL06, DL08, DM01, DM02, DM03 and DV11 are covered by Jaltest, but each requires its own dedicated connector

Good to know: The diagnostic connector is part of the engine and is located on or near the engine block, not in a fixed position on the machine.
