Autool BT380 | Trickle Charger
The Autool BT380 is a multifunctional battery tester and charger, designed for testing and maintaining 12V and 24V lead-acid batteries. The device analyzes the battery condition, including the state of health (SOH), state of charge (SOC), internal resistance (IR), and cold cranking current (CCA). The results are displayed on a 2.4-inch color screen. As a battery charger, the BT380 delivers a maximum charging current of 10A for 12V batteries and 5A for 24V batteries, suitable for batteries with a capacity up to 150Ah (12V) or 100Ah (24V).
In addition to the standard test and charging functions, this device features a start test and a load test to check the vehicle's entire starting system. An integrated pulse repair mode is available for reconditioning sulfated or deeply discharged batteries, which can extend their lifespan. The BT380 is equipped with multiple protections, including protection against reverse polarity, short circuit, overcurrent, and overheating. The device is compatible with various battery types, such as regular wet, AGM, GEL, and EFB batteries.

The BT380 combines the functionality of a battery tester, charger, and repair tool in one device for a complete analysis and maintenance of the battery system.
- Battery test: Analyzes the overall condition of the battery by measuring SOH, SOC, CCA value, and internal resistance.
- Start test: Checks the starting circuit by measuring the starting voltage and time during engine start.
- Load test: Evaluates the performance of the vehicle's charging system, including the alternator, by measuring the charging voltage under various loads.
- Battery charging: An automatic, multi-stage charging process that adjusts the charging current according to the battery status.
- Battery repair: Uses pulse technology to reduce sulfation on battery plates and restore the performance of older batteries.
