- Add the desired license to the shopping cart.
- Enter the serial number of your Topdon device in the remarks field during checkout.
- Complete the order.
- You will receive the digital extension code within 24 hours by email or WhatsApp.
- Enter the code on your Topdon ArtiPad I via the update menu to activate the software.
Serial number information
To activate the update license, the serial number of your device is required. This number consists of 12 characters. Make sure to enter this number correctly in the remarks field of your order. The serial number can be found in the following locations:
- Back of the device: Usually found on a sticker on the casing.
- Settings menu: Navigate in the software to 'Settings' or 'Info' to view the device details.
- Original packaging: The serial number is often also printed on the box in which the device was delivered.
