Thinkcar Thinktool Master HD Package
The Thinkcar Thinktool Master HD Package is a specialized expansion kit for the Thinktool Master HD tablet, designed to extend diagnostic capability to a wide range of heavy commercial vehicles. This kit includes the rugged Thinkdiag H-D VCI (Heavy Duty Vehicle Communication Interface) and a comprehensive set of vehicle-specific diagnostic cables, enabling communication with trucks, buses, agricultural and construction machinery.
The HD Package is ideal for workshops that already have a Thinktool Master (passenger vehicles) and want to upgrade it with support for the full HD vehicle range. Thanks to the modular structure, the system is immediately compatible with the existing Thinktool tablet, providing access to OE-level system diagnosis, active tests, service procedures and more — now also for vehicles with 24V systems.

The Thinktool Master HD Package is an expansion kit that makes the Thinktool Master suitable for diagnosing heavy vehicles such as trucks, buses, agricultural vehicles, and construction machinery. The main features are:
- Full system diagnosis: Reads and clears fault codes from all available systems, including engine, transmission, ABS, EBS, AdBlue, and more.
- Live data display: Shows real-time sensor values and system data. These can be displayed graphically or numerically and are recordable for later analysis.
- Active tests (bi-directional): Allows the user to directly control components such as injectors, fuel pumps, or fans to check their operation.
- Service functions: Supports more than 30 maintenance procedures, including DPF regeneration, EGR reset, injector coding, AdBlue reset, and transmission adjustments.
- ECU coding and adaptation: Provides the ability to learn new parts or adjust vehicle settings (brand-dependent).
