The Topdon TC002C Duo is a compact and versatile thermal imaging camera specially designed for use with mobile devices via a USB-C connection. The module features a sensor with a thermal resolution of 256x192 pixels, resulting in sharp thermal images for detailed inspections. With a frame rate of 25Hz, the camera provides smooth display of moving images, while the measurement range spans from -20°C to 550°C. The lens offers a field of view of 50° x 37.2° for a wide overview of components and surfaces.
This thermal camera uses advanced TISR technology (Thermal Image Super Resolution) to enhance image quality through software and display details more sharply. Thanks to the high thermal sensitivity, expressed in a NETD value of <40mK, very small temperature differences can be detected accurately. The camera supports direct connection with Android, iOS (iPhone 15 and newer), and Windows systems, with power supplied directly via the host device’s USB-C port. The accompanying app offers various color palettes and measurement tools for in-depth image analysis.
