The Autool SDT203 is a compact and powerful diagnostic smoke machine, designed for quickly and efficiently detecting leaks in various vehicle systems. The unique feature of this model is the built-in air pump, making you completely independent of an external compressed air supply. The unit operates directly on a 12V vehicle battery, offering maximum flexibility for work in the workshop or on site.
This leak detection unit generates smoke by heating special fluid (or baby oil) and injects it under controlled pressure into the system to be tested. Thanks to the adjustable flow meter, you can precisely control the smoke output, with a maximum flow of 6 L/min. The created working pressure of approximately 1.0 bar (14.5 psi) is ideal for safely testing sensitive systems such as EVAP, without damaging components. Leaks become immediately visible through the escaping smoke.
