Zetor AdBlue (SCR) Emulator Euro 6 Tractor
This AdBlue emulator is specifically developed for Zetor tractors with Euro 6 engines. The device disables the entire AdBlue and SCR system and prevents malfunctions or power loss caused by NOx sensors, DEF pumps, and temperature or level sensors. The solution is ideal for testing purposes or for tractors that consistently suffer from emission-related error messages.
After installation, the entire emission system is simulated. This stops the consumption of AdBlue fluid, error messages disappear from the dashboard, and traction loss is restored. The DPF does not need to be removed, but this is optional.
Functions:
- Disabling of NOx sensors (upstream and downstream)
- Disabling of AdBlue level and quality sensor
- Simulation of SCR/DPF controller
- Disabling of exhaust gas temperature sensors
- Deactivation of the complete AdBlue system
After installation, remaining fault codes may persist. Use a diagnostic tool to clear them manually.
