The Launch CV Non-standard Adapter Set is an expansion set with non-standard connectors for diagnosis on commercial vehicles. The set contains adapters for brands such as IVECO, MAN, Isuzu, Volvo, Caterpillar, Mercedes-Benz, and Renault, alongside generic OBD-6, OBD-16, and Type II OBD-9 connections. The adapters are used in combination with X-431 diagnostic equipment and ensure the correct physical connection to diagnostic ports that differ from the standard J1962 connector.

The adapters are placed between the diagnostic VCI and the vehicle connection, passing the vehicle network signal to the diagnostic tool. Besides the connectors, the set includes multi-pin breakout cables and power/crocodile cables for reading ECUs outside the vehicle or making direct pin-level connections. A diagnostic software card is included for activation within the Launch platform.
