GoDiag GT110 | Test platform
The GoDiag GT110 is a test platform designed for working with the fourth generation immobilizer systems (IMMO) of the VAG group, including vehicles from Audi, Seat, Skoda, and Volkswagen. This platform enables dashboards to be activated and programmed on the workbench by connecting via the OBD2 port. It is equipped with a POGO-pin for direct reading and writing of data, and a digital display that shows the current voltage (V) and current (A).
The functionality of the GT110 is extended by the POGO-pin, which allows data to be read and written directly from the dashboard without the need for soldering. The platform features an intelligent start induction area for testing communication between the key chip and the start coil. The GT110 is compatible with a wide range of diagnostic and programming equipment, such as Autel, ODIS, VCDS, and VVDI2, and supports communication via K-Line, CAN-bus, and UDS protocols.
Application and functionality:
The GT110 offers specific functions for working with VAG immobilizer systems:
- Dashboard activation: Activates the dashboard on the workbench via K-Line, CAN-bus, and UDS protocols, allowing diagnosis and programming outside the vehicle.
- POGO-pin data access: Enables direct reading and writing of IMMO data on the dashboard without the need for soldering.
- Start simulation: Simulates the ignition switch (IGN ON/OFF) to fully test the functionality of the dashboard.
- Voltage and current monitoring: The integrated digital display shows the real-time voltage and operating current of the connected component.
- Power supply: Provides the dashboard with a stable power supply during work.
- Key and start detection: The induction area checks whether the key chip and the start coil function correctly via an LED indicator.
