OTOFIX FCA Securitygateway License
The FCA license is a valuable addition to your own D1, EvoScan, and IM system. This license allows you to access the Secure Gateway Module (SGW) for FCA vehicles produced from 2017 onwards, including brands such as Alfa Romeo, Chrysler, Dodge, Fiat, and Jeep.
Since 2017, FCA has gradually introduced the SGW in their vehicles, a trend that increases each year. In 2020, almost every FCA vehicle was equipped with this module. The SGW acts as a kind of firewall that prevents unauthorized access and manipulation of essential vehicle systems. Without the FCA license, it is impossible to perform calibrations, control actuators, or clear fault codes.
Before placing an order, we kindly ask you to read the following information carefully:
- Make sure you have an active software update subscription to use the FCA license. If necessary, you can purchase an extension of your subscription.
- During the ordering process, you must enter your serial number in the designated field in the shopping cart. You can usually find the serial number on the back of the system, under the barcode. If this is not the case, navigate in the system menu to "Settings" > "About".
- Please note that the administrative processing by OTOFIX may take up to 14 working days. Until OTOFIX has completed the processing, it is not possible to access the SGW.
