The OTOFIX update license for the OTOFIX EvoScan Ultra diagnostic device is a software extension with a duration of 1 year. This license provides access to the most recent software updates and software improvements. This includes new diagnostic functions, extensive coverage of vehicle models, and corrections of previous software versions.
With an active license, the full functionality of the diagnostic device remains available, including online programming and coding. After the license expires, no more updates can be performed and access to online functions may be limited. After placing an order, the software extension is activated within 24 hours on the provided serial number.

Serial number information:
For the activation of the license, the serial number of your diagnostic device is required. This number consists of 14 characters. You must enter the serial number in the comments field during the ordering process. The serial number can be found in the following locations:
- Device: On the back of the OTOFIX EvoScan Ultra.
- Settings menu: Via the main menu, under 'Settings' and then 'About'.
- Packaging box: On a sticker on the outside of the original box.
