Activating your software update is a simple process that is entirely digital:
- Place your order and enter the serial number of your Topdon TopScan Moto in the remarks field in the shopping cart.
- After completing the order, the license will be requested for you from Topdon.
- You will receive the digital activation code within 24 hours via email or WhatsApp.
- Enter the code on your device through the update menu to activate the software extension immediately.
Serial Number Information
For activation, the correct serial number of your device is required. This number consists of 12 characters and can be found in one of the following locations. Check this carefully and provide the number in the remarks field during the ordering process.
- Device: The serial number is often on a sticker on the back of the TopScan Moto dongle.
- Settings menu: Navigate in the software to the 'Settings' or 'Info' menu where the serial number is displayed.
- Packaging box: The serial number can also be found on the original product packaging.
