With an active license, you retain the full functionality of the Topdon Phoenix Lite 2, including access to online features such as online coding. After the license expires, the basic functions of the diagnostic device will continue to work, but the ability to receive software updates and use online features will cease. The license renewal code is delivered digitally within 24 hours after ordering via Whatsapp or Email.

For the activation of the license, the serial number of your diagnostic device is required. This number consists of 12 characters and must be entered in the comments field during the checkout process. The serial number can be found in the following locations:
- Device: On the back of the Topdon Phoenix Lite 2.
- Settings menu: In the device's software menu under 'Settings' or 'About'.
- Packaging box: On the original packaging of the product.
