The Topdon ArtiDiag Moto update license is a software extension valid for one year, specifically designed for the ArtiDiag Moto diagnostic device. This license is intended for technicians and workshops working with motorcycles and ensures that the device has access to the most recent vehicle data, diagnostic functions, and system updates.
With an active license, the vehicle coverage remains up-to-date, allowing the latest motorcycle models to be read. After the update period expires, the device will continue to operate with the last installed software version. However, access to new updates and online features requires a new, active license.

How does it work in practice?
Activating your software extension involves a few simple steps.
- Place the order and enter the serial number of your diagnostic device in the remarks field in the shopping cart.
- You will receive the digital extension code within 24 hours after ordering by email or WhatsApp.
- On your Topdon ArtiDiag Moto, go to the main menu and select the 'Update' option.
- Enter the received code to activate the license.
- After successful activation, the device will indicate that new updates are available, which you can install via a wifi connection.
Serial number information
For processing the license, the correct serial number of your device is necessary. This number consists of 12 characters and must be provided during ordering in the remarks field.
The serial number can be found in one of the following locations:
- Settings menu: The number is listed in the system menu under 'About this device' or 'About'.
- Startup screen: During the startup of the diagnostic device, the serial number is often briefly displayed on the screen.
- Original packaging: The serial number is printed on a sticker on the outside of the packaging box.
