- Ensure your diagnostic device is connected to a stable wifi network.
- Navigate in the main menu to the update or extension section.

Serial Number Information
The correct serial number of your device is required for activation. This number consists of 12 characters. Make sure to copy this number accurately and enter it in the remarks field during the ordering process. You can find the serial number in one of the following locations:
- Settings menu: On the device, go to 'Settings' and look for 'Info' or 'About this device'.
- Back of the device: The serial number is often listed on a sticker on the back of the casing.
