Activating the software update is a simple process. Follow the steps below to use your license:
- Place the order and enter the serial number of your Topdon diagnostic device in the remarks field.
- You will receive the digital extension code within 24 hours by email or WhatsApp.
- Make sure your diagnostic device is connected to a stable wifi network.
- Navigate on the device to the update menu.
- Enter the received code to activate and download the software update.
Serial number information
To process the update correctly, the serial number of your device is required. This number, which usually consists of 12 characters, must be entered during the ordering process in the designated remarks field. The serial number can be found in the following locations:
- Settings menu: On the device, go to 'Settings' and look for 'Info' or 'About this device'.
- Back of the device: The serial number is often listed on a sticker on the casing.
- Original packaging: Check the box in which the diagnostic device was originally delivered.
