Provide your serial number
To activate your license, you'll need the 14-character serial number from your diagnostic device. Enter this number in the comments field when completing your order. You can find the serial number on:
- Back of the device — on a sticker on the OTOFIX EvoScan Ultra.
- Settings menu — in the main menu under 'Settings' > 'About' or 'About'.
- Original packaging — on a sticker on the outside of the box.
